Has somebody calced out if it's worth swiping on 200% pollux?

It's normally only worth going 200% in single target and it's not worth swiping on Pollux at all, but I wonder if it's competitive with instant explosion at 200% to get full team Res pen down and to have a good uptime on the 200% Pollux.
