Unknown number from +1 240 567 6625 called me is this a scam?

Hi, I’m in Turkey and I received a call from this number: +1 240 567 6625.

The country code is from the United States (Maryland area). I didn’t answer the call and I don’t know anyone there.

Has anyone else received calls from this number or know if it’s related to spam or a scam?

Thanks.
