Withdraw of Temporary Resident Visa

How long does it take for the withdrawal of temporary residence visa (without work permit) to process if withdrawn 2 days after visa application? it has been a week since withdraw request but no response.

should i submit another webform asking for an update and should i reapply for visa right away?
