Turkish steam account to my original country?

Hello,

I have been using my turkish steam account for years now that I registered via vpn and used gift cards to top it up. Recently I heard that Turkey wants to ban Steam.

My question would be that is my account in danger because of this ban? If so, should I change my account back to my original country, just to save it?

Also I would create a new account in Ukraine.

Thank you for your help in advance!
