Pc and Macbook / Icloud

Hi everyone!

I was hacked by an infostealer a while ago - I ended up formatting my pc (only the main drive tho) as I’m very paranoid about getting hacked again and stuff.

However I have been logged into my icloud (before everything happened), and I haven’t opened my macbook since my desktop getting infected, as I’m too scared it has been infected as well somehow.

Note: I didn’t save my login or “accepted this browser” when I logged into Icloud back then, so my question is - is it safe? When changing all my passwords and stuff, there wasn’t any weird devices in my icloud either, but i’m overthinking everything and still scared if I missed something. I’m not super tech either :,)

Am I safe? And was it stupid to only format my main drive?

I hope this makes sense btw! English isn’t my first language :(
