Buying THAR without savings

I am in my thirties and never had car. Nobody in my family does. My dad is retiring from army in next 4 months. I wanted to gift him a car but was not able to save money.

Planning to take a 12 lakhs loan for 5 years.

Stats:

Married sole earner, monthly in hand salry 1.6lakhs.

Monthly expense around 50-60k

Work exp is 7 years, in IT , currently working in hyd

Car details - 13 lakhs 2nd thar rwd 2024

I have not taken a loan so bit skeptical on what to do?

Just paid booking amount but now fearing what if am out of job or something?

AI is also increasing, might lead to layoffs too
