CMV: It's time to interfere with collapsing ecosystems and species.

We need to start doing everything we can to help nature from the bottom up. We need to mass breed bugs, plankton and species at the bottom of the food chain. We need to create systems and tools to help ecosystems thrive. Start building habitats, devices and a means to protect them. Even if it means the new generations of the species rely on human technology. Once the bottom falls out the collapse will be exponential. We simply can't afford to let "nature take its course". I know many ecosystems have delicate balances and human intervention could also potentially back fire. But I feel the benefits outweigh the risks. Perhaps this view is naive and I'm not an expert by any means but I feel we would be stupid to not interfere. Reddit is full of people smarter than me, so I'm ready to be humbled and my view changed but we are fucking this world up and we could do with helping it out more. Just my two cents.
