questions about Crosstrek 2019 after 70K miles

Getting close to 70 thousand miles and I was wondering is there anything I should be aware of? Debating if I should keep it or sell it. So, got curious if there are any hey, no one warned about this kinda thing. Or keep up the schedule maintenance and this car will last you almost forever.
