“Devon’s Happy Castle” what happened to this or did I dream it?

I’ve had a little look on Google and nothing. I’m 100% sure this is what it use to be called. I went there maybe 25-30 years ago.

To get into the park you go through a tunnel and it’s like, statues of men mining it. I’m also sure there was a dinosaur at the entrance.

Im sure there was like, an old town with people dressed up.

where was this place, is it still there? What was it called?
