Postie explaining the carded to parcel lockers

I’m sure some of you have noticed your parcels getting put into parcel lockers when you did not ask for it, some people might like it but alot of people hate it.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it as the higher ups do not care about your complaints and our suggestions, for example on my round I have to card to 3 different parcel lockers adding atleast 30 minutes (usually 45mins) to my day and 1 of them people have to pay for parking get out their car and walk? Does that make sense to you

Pretty much if the parcel is within 2km of any parcel lockers during our delivery we have to card to it

So don’t blame your posties because we hate this aswell
