Not only is this product garbage but so is the customer service.

I've had the Hume band for a week and I should have stayed away when every YouTube video I watched on it was a paid review or most of the comments being skeptical of the reviewers being paid.

Insane inaccuracies on all of the stats, doesn't read any metrics properly or even close.

And the customer service oh my pants. It's like pulling teeth for a week straight just trying to get a return authorization. They keep offering discounts and free subscriptions.

Going to call my bank on Monday and just get them back charged.

If you're looking at the Hume band. Stay away, far away.

Look into something like the Garmin venu sq 2 or Fitbit sense 2. Way better ecosystems, hardware, software and customer service.
