Wala talaga syang balak ideliver.

2x may failed delivery attempt pero never tumawag or nag text at walang update sa system na out for delivery. When I checked it, different area at walang markings sa google maps kung warehouse/drop off center ng Flash Express. More on residential area sya. I've called and messaged the rider several times, either hindi sinasagot or icacancel ung call.

Tried to report it sa Flash express FB, customer hotline number and website chat Pero fully booked daw mga agents which I don't think so kasi may option pa ako to willing to wait sa call. I guess the 24x7 support is not true.

My item will be sent back to Seller na.

Just want to share my experience today. Pisti, paasa!
