Virginia and New Jersey servers are a laggy mess, when will servers ever be tuned up?

I have Geforce Ultimate on a 1Gb connection, half the time, the servers give that “spotty connection” error even when my computer is optimized and all tests including speed, packets and bufferbloat (A grade) are great, In general I feel for the price we are paying for Ultimate, this shouldn’t be an issue. GeforceNow isn’t feeling maintained or premium lately, I get queues, I get more packet loss than normal on nights and weekends, my closest data center New Jersey is unplayable compared to Virginia which has worked a hand few times.
