Anyone else have this issue ?

So I’ve requested 4 days off this month one being a dam funeral all denied so I re submit ALL DENIED these are really important days I needed off one was the funeral to which I got scheduled and my sweet co worker swapped with me which was great until I found out the funeral was earlier so I still wound up having to call out and had a pretty nasty comment on the phone from that manager on shift to which I’m still pissed about , my other days are school related I’m going back to cosmo school since my whole life is definitely not Ulta and have mandatory meetings with my school which I can’t miss or I won’t be re admitted or start so far I got one of the days I needed off but one I’m literally working within the hours I need off , this is really getting on my nerves considering I’m one of the more reliable people I go in having 103 fevers and trying my dam best , I’m the one who showed up in snow in a car that literally can’t drive in snow , I pick up constant shifts and cover people all the dam time , I miss my own breaks so I can focus on doing tasks that have to get done like sorry my family member died and I got the dang bubonic plague that’s been going around in the same week so yeah called out a few times but this all feels like I’m being penalized or not even remotely heard and set up for failure so I’m just curious if anyone else has had issues like this .
