Provider gave me an updated URL due to buffering but I can't figure it out

Originally I was given http://front-main.eagle-4k.me:80 as well as a username as password. I put it in as an xtream link and it worked. Then I got buffering issues and they gave me an updated link but they said it's not xtream it's m3u, but the link they gave me is http://120277578634.elg-26.com:80/ which isn't an m3u url?

I went to epg sources where the epg URL is http://120277578634.elg-26.com:80/xmltv.php?username=PLACEHOLDER&password=PLACEHOLDER But before updating it was the original URL front-main etc.

Anyway now I updated it and the play list is failing to update. Am I inputting it correctly?
