What university should I go? I'm planning to take Multimedia arts course but we're not financially blessed

I'm a SHS student rn and somehow still confused which path to take for college huhu

Any recommendations for Universities that offer Multimedia Arts course? especially for people like me who's not really rich and such? but wants to pursue their passion?

Or is there any other course I can take (that's like somehow related to MMA) which can save us from spending a lot of money?
