CPU usage and Celsius

Is it just me or is binding of isaac just poorly optimized? I have like 99% of the time 75 Celsius but only 20% usage. Is there any way to somehow optimize that? I searched a bit online and found that it's just because the game is not optimized but damn, don't want my CPU to work that hard if it don't even have to 😅
