Can anyone suggest local events for my elderly neighbor?

My neighbor is elderly and last year she took a bad fall and broke her leg. It's healed but she has a significantly harder time walking on it. I worry about her because she never gets outside. Before she broke her leg she was joining me in our apartment gym. She was making really good progress, she went from 10 minutes to 25 minutes on the treadmill.

I know she wants to go out but I worry about he ability to walk. Additionally I don't like eating out because of dietary restrictions, it's just stressful for me to find a place so I just prefer cooking at home.

Can anyone suggest some fun activities that don't involve food and gives her the ability to sit as needed? I really think her getting out of the house is good to her mental health. We recently saw a movie which she enjoyed.
