What is the best online retailer to buy a refurbished office chair from?

TLDR: I’d love to get my husband a Steelcase Leap V2 but they’re too expensive. What refurbished retailer is least likely to rip me off?

My husband is 6ft tall, a little over 300lb and his current chair is really hurting his back. He is not the type to spend money on himself and he wants to just get the cheapest chair with the right weight limit from Walmart or Amazon. I convinced him to let me get him a nice chair as a gift because he will be using it more than any other item he owns, (save his glasses that are on his face 16 hours a day 7 days a week)

Based on dozens of reviews and recommendations here, I think a Steelcase Leap V2 would be great (though I’m open to other suggestions.) Unfortunately, my gift budget is not $1500 right now. He is not the type to mind a secondhand chair. But I want to buy from the most reputable seller I can because if it’s broken or the wrong fit and we can’t return it I don’t want the “I told you so”s lmao.

Thank you for any advice you can provide! I work outdoors so I have no actual opinions or input on office chairs 😅
