Nag trespass yung kamag anak naming adik sa bahay

Problem/Goal: Our addict relative trespassed at home; he was taken to the brgy and now he is threatening to come back to my grandfather once he is released.

Context: Our addict relative trespassed at home last January, he suddenly appeared in the yard and asked for help saying that someone was going to kill him. My grandfather sent him to the brgy due to panic. When the brgy was taking him away, he threatened my grandfather that he would come back to the house once he is released. Just last week, he messaged my aunt saying “let’s wait until he gets out and is released again”. I told my grandfather to have him blotted but he said he didn’t want to because he felt sorry for his children.

I can’t sleep because I’m afraid for them. Can I file a police/brgy blotter on behalf of my grandfather? I was in the dorm and only the two of me and my grandmother were at home :( We also don't have any other relatives who can join them.
