[TOMT] [MOVIE] A heist movie carried out by a group of people with superpowers with slice of romance

In this movie, possibly made between 2010-2020, the mc, a blonde Caucasian male in his late 20s-30s with faint beard makes a deal with a mafia or gang of some sort to steal gold/money from a vault. In order to do that, he starts looking for people who can help him and recruits them. In this universe, not everyone have powers.

The first I remember to be recruited is a bald guy in his 40s-50s that can control metal and he possibly had a family. The second guy was in his 20s- early 30s that had telekinesis. I think the last person to be recruited was a blonde Caucasian woman in her 20s. She was pale and frail and I unfortunately can't remember what her power was.

The mc and the woman develops romantic feelings for each other.

At one point during the heist, the woman loses consciousness and the group decides to barricade themselves into one of the vaults. Then the mc decides to try to bring her back so he somehow ends up in her mind. He manages to have a conversation with her in her mind.

Close to the end, he finds a door to get out of her mind and he finds himself alone on a grass field with rows of doors on both of his sides. The sky looks like 2016 galaxy aesthetic. Each door is connected to someone with powers. He eventually chooses a door to escape back into the physical world and the end of the movie implies he got some sort of a superpower.

I watched this movie with my brother couple of years ago but neither of us can remember the name of the movie or the actors. I am so desperate to find out and hopefully you guys will be able to help me find it! Thank you for reading.
