Onlyoffice video playback

Hello everyone,

I am making a presentation for University. I uploaded a video to only office. When I try to playback the video only office immediately closes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the gst plugins.

sudo pacman -S gstreamer gst-plugins-good gst-plugins-bad gst-plugins-ugly gst-libav
sudo pacman -S gst-plugins-base

However, it still does not work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
