Help me Build a Trials Bike

I really want to have a bike to practice tricks on but they don't sell Trials bikes where I live. So I'm planning on buying a Dartmoor Two6Player (small since I'm only 5'4") instead. They also have a Dartmoor Streetfighter available but I'm afraid it might be too big for me.

This will be the first bike I will buils so can anyone help me with the components? I want to have front and rear brakes and also gears. That's all the requirements. Also not too expensive.

Thank you
