Should I pull the trigger?

2022 EX plus, 51,000km (33,000 miles), no history other than a recall was performed last year.

Since the warranty will expire in Nov 2026, and the transmission oil was probably never changed, how high is the probably that I get the dreaded reduction gear noise?

Also will be be asking for a SOH report. What does a SOH report look like? Is it a %, a score, or the voltage of each cell?
