[ID] Trying to identify a comic — girl in an incubation tank, underground crypt, possible vampires

Hi r/comics, hoping someone can help me track down a graphic novel my daughter came across years ago. Here's what she remembers:

• A girl suspended in a green incubation/stasis tank with lots of wires attached to her, located underground in some kind of crypt
• Earlier in the story (the same girl), a scene in a wooden room where she was having blood drawn or extracted from her
• An older man who had created a highly detailed map of an entire town, laid out on a table — he seemed to be helping the girl in some way
• Possibly vampires, though she's not certain
• A brief appearance by a cat

The art style was detailed, and the underground/crypt setting had a dark, gothic feel. My daughter believes it was a standalone graphic novel rather than an ongoing series, but she's not sure.

Any ideas would be hugely appreciated!
