Monitor/Gpu turns off

Hello,

I want to know why my monitor turns off, and if someone can help me. I have a rtx 3090 and a 1000W PSU. I would be mid-gaming and my primary monitor will turn off, but removing and re-plugging the dp cable fixes the problem. But sometimes the light on my GPU ( the GeForce RTX) will turn off, and i would lose both signals on my pc. To fix this i have to restart my pc which is a pain to do it everytime. These issues don't happen often, but if someone can tell me, why they happen and if it's fixable, it would be great. Thank you
