U.S. healthcare insurance during international slow traveling?

I am planning early retirement (so no Medicare), selling everything, and slow traveling for 2 or more years. During that time, we will return to the U.S. for a few weeks at a time before resuming our travels. What suggestions are there for health care coverage for those return visits in the U.S.?
