Walking and hitchiking from germany to Australia

Hi guys, I'm on a journey to walk and hitchikefrom germany to Australia and unfortunately due to the war I need to change my itinerary a little bit. The most logic way would be from Turkey (where I am right now) to go to Georgia then Russia and enter Kazakhstan. However I cannot leave Russia if I don't get an actual visa on my passport and apparently its very hard to get and requires LOI and other documentation. The second option I found would be to enter Russia with an e-visa and then exit through mongolia, where apparently an e visa is enough to exit. Has anyone ever crossed that border? Or maybe even hitchiked there? Any information would help, thank you
