First IVF 15 eggs retrieved, only 6 mature, 5 fertilized — looking for similar outcomes

Hi everyone

I had my egg retrieval yesterday and I’m trying to stay realistic but also hopeful, and I’d love to hear from others with similar numbers.

My results so far:

• 15 eggs retrieved

• 9 immature

• 6 mature/inseminated

• 5 normally fertilized

I’m 32, have endometriosis, and my AMH is 1.44. This is my first IVF cycle, and we are doing PGT-A.

I think what hit me emotionally was seeing that so many eggs were immature, especially after retrieving 15.

Now I’m waiting until Saturday to find out how many make it to blast/freeze, and the wait already feels hard.

For those who had similar numbers:

• How many blasts did you end up with from 5 fertilized?

Trying to stay hopeful but honestly feeling a little sad today too.
