Hysterectomy in less than 20 days

Dr put me on hydrocodone to hold me til surgery because my pain is so severe, vomiting. 24 hours in bed at a time, heating pad mom stop. My pain is unmanageable, I won't be able to speak to my surgeon until Tuesday or Wednesday, it is Sunday. I've been in bed nearly 30 hours crying, would you go to the er??

Hydrocodone makes me vomit and im taking zofran every 8 hours but I feel so miserable and sick.

I know the only thing they will be able to do is pain management but that is the only thing keeping me from doing anything at all.

I don't know what to do.
