Paying to adapt Galv's MV Message Sound Effects for MZ

To start I want to note that I have permission from Galv to seek someone to update his plugin for MZ. I offered to pay him at first but he does not have the time, so this is my alternate course of action.

It does need to work with Galv's MZ message Styles as I have written all the dialog in my game using the \pop[x] commands (at the 300 hour mark in development, it is too late to switch to VS message styles or something of that nature). I just want there to be the industry standard murmuring sound FX when the characters talk.

I am willing to pay 50 USD to get this done. Galv thinks it will be a pretty simple fix, but does not know for sure, and as I said above does not have the time to do it himself.

The manner in which it gets done I don't really care about either. If you alter his plugin, great. If you make a new plugin that makes his work, super.
