Roast my resume – Web transitioning to Penetration Testing (Re post)

Page 2

I am a dev transitioning from Web Dev to pentesting. (Resume attached in images)

I’d really appreciate some honest feedback from people in the field.
Feel free to roast it, critique it, or point out anything that looks weak, confusing, or unnecessary. I’d especially like feedback on:

  • Whether the resume looks strong enough for a junior pentester / security analyst role
  • If I’m presenting my developer experience in a useful way for cybersecurity
  • Anything I should remove, add, or restructure
  • What types of roles I should realistically apply for (Junior Pentester, Security Analyst, AppSec, etc.)
  • And obviously salary Expectations. I have had previous experiences with HRs low balling me

Thanks.

EDIT:

My medium writeups Link

I have a gap b/w first and the second job because of personal issues which I can explain in an interview (I did not get fired).
