Ipod video 5.5 stuck in boot loop

My ipod is stuck in a boot loop when connected to a wall charger. It won't turn on otherwise. I tried putting it into stock OS (running daily rockbox build) but it tweaks out when restart it. Wondering if it's something to do with the hard drive? I have Iflash Quad with 1 128 gb microsd card. Mostly, I can't connect it to my computer to see if it's a problem with rockbox or not since it won't turn on or charge. Wondering if anyone has encountered this and has a fix?
