Remaster - Summon Dremora Lord

I know in the original you had to buy summon dremora lord in the bruma mages guild before it explodes in the questline, but in the remaster I can’t seem to buy anything from anyone in the guild, it only gives me the option to persuade. Is this a bug, or did they move the spell somewhere else?
