Well it's back 😭 period

Well, exactly 1 year postpartum my period is back. It caught me so off guard, I wasn't expecting it. I kinda got used to not having a period lol I was thinking it would never come back. Didn't miss these cramps and general feeling icky. Now dealing with this with baby too 😭 at least my body is kind of regulating? Idk lol just wanted to share
