Alorica or IBEX?

Guys help me decided, I'm having a hard time deciding which company is better for a long term stay but I also need money ASAP.

I have 2 JO's:

• Alorica (March16) Telco 25k w/ 30k sign-on bonus
• IBEX SHAW (March23) Tech 28k

I'm considering IBEX since walking distance lang siya saamin but I'm not sure if hindi toxic or mahirap yung account or maganda management for long term stay.

Sa Alorica naman is I need money ASAP and may sign on bonus din siya at bi-weekly yung sahod, I don't know sa IBEX if bi-weekly sila but I'm also thinking since it's a Telco Account it might be toxic for a longer stay.

I'm thinking if I proceed nalang muna sa Alorica and get the sign on bonus and alis na and apply for other companies na may mas mataas na offer like IBEX but I've heard na may 50k penalty sila if early resignation and di ako sure if makukuha ko agad yung sign on bonus for 2 months stay and ma papangit yung job history ko for job hopping. or continue nalang sa IBEX for long term stay?

I don't have time to apply for other companies na kasi wala ng budget. And I only have a total of 1 year BPO exp.

Any thoughts? Any comments about the company for longer stay?
