Vito Racket Boss

It suprised me that Vito was a Racket Boss in Mafia 3 with River row cause in Mafia 2 he seemed too immature and reckless to lead something. As we know at the end of Mafia 2 he got exiled to New Bordeaux and he was 26 years old so maybe in his 30s he got more Mature but at the Same time the stress got to him.Well i think those 17 years or something was a hard time a real hard time.
