Which set to buy as a one off?

Hello! For the 30 years of Pokemon I would like to buy a set. I don't really care about playing the game, just cool art and value for grading (I have a Rocket Slowbro that I use a piece of decor that needs friends) and keeping them. I'm not planning to have them as an investment, just open, keep what I like regardless of value, and give away/sell the rest. It would be a one time purches so which set would be the best bang for my bucks?
