Police clearance certificate (online) – how long does it take?

I applied online for a police clearance certificate for visa purposes. It has now been more than 4 weeks.

How long did it take for you to receive yours?

Is there any way to check the progress of the application or contact them? My application status currently shows: “Accepted.”
