The Ven Dagram between breast cancer/autonomic failure/Severe IBD with an ileostomy

I’m gonna throw this out here to locate other unicorns…is there anyone here with:

1. March 2022 with bilateral Stage 3C/Grade 3 Breast Cancer.

2. September 2023 added Autonomic Failure.

3. March 2026 added transverse IBD/colitis with severe narrowing and strictures.

Obviously I could write a novel, but I won’t. The point is, anyone this same disease profile?
