Advice Needed for IAS !!!

I only did physics unit 1 in jan. And ill be sitting for MATHS, BIOLOGY, AND CHEMISTRY UNIT 1,2&3 and Mechanics unit 1. Im not ready at all for almost all the papers and i dont know how to study properly as I procrastinate easily and get distracted very quickly. Cauze i have to sit for 11 papers in may which is in 2 months and i dont know how to prepare.
