Wanna know about glamour magic

Hi guys. So I'm somewhat of an introvert who might have a self confidence problem and so naturally i don't have many friends or popularity, I'm what you'd call the invisible type. I have negative thoughts about how ppl perceive me even if they're not true but I get scared of them.

I wanna finally do glamour magic on myself, ofc along with other mental health practices and self confidence activities, but I want to try a glamour spell. I'm very new to this I do not have alters or material like other witches may have. Can someone tell me the most simple yet very affective glamour magic to do on myself?

My goals are to elevate how others perceive me, be noticeable, acknowledged, seen, liked, known etc. but I finally want to be just seen and known even if it's hard for me to live with at first.
