Just a suggestion or what would you do?

Will you wait for a person(you love the most) who says that he will take steps to marry you soon but keep on delaying every week and now it's been an year?

Reasons for the delay are such as interview scheduled, bank loan for future investment plans, parent's or himself sick, etc.

Also, no proper communication like 3 days of ignorance but just a message in each day saying that he is thinking about me and hoping to marry me soon.

Reason for ignorance is that he is scared that I would scold him and feeling guilty for delaying the process.

Will you wait for this person? Your thoughts?!
