Luggage transfer help

We come into NRT and the hotel is in yokohama. We want to get to the hotel by train because its SO much cheaper but we are looking into luggage transfer.

Does anyone have any/anywhere to find trusted companies that can deliver 2 massive suitcases? Its a bit far so im struggling to find one.

We also want it to get there same day/next day but considering we land at about lunch time, I dont think same day will happen.

Are we just better off taking the luggage with us?
