Pattaya to Thailand public transport ?

I got my flight from swarnabhumi airport at 10 AM, can I make it on time if I start anytime early from Pattaya Via Bus ? Please advice on bus accessibility from Pattaya to bangkok and bangkok to pattaya for my next month's trip. TIA 🫰
