American State NRP

As the title states, this is going to be a NRP based off American History. Pretty much, you claim a state, and do stuff like build (infastructure, cities, improving your capital), train (regiments & militia) and elsewhat. There is also elections on who can become president. The year is currently 1790 as I'm making this. More states will be added in the future as the years progress. (1 day=5 years).
