Insecure about SIZE

18M 5 incher and girth is 5" near base and large head .. is it too small and i feel insecure about this topic i noticed one girl who keeps flirting and showed intrest quickly turn passive as im grower to and flaccid size looks small than shower one i feel extremely disappointed and people say size don't matter but it indeed does..... Also my puberty started late a yr ago in later 2024 - early2025 but growth down remain same since 6 months ...whom should I consult
