Can you install a thick porcelain tile on the tilted/slopped surface of a garage?

Also, would a 20mm thick tile with a PEI rating of 5 be sufficient for a small garage (can only carry a very small car) or should we go with a tile that is 30mm thick?

Not sure if these are silly questions 😭
