Deliveries in Portugal

Hi, I live in the UK and my mum lives in Portugal. I want to send her something from the UK to Portugal. I am too late to send anything via Royal Mail and Evri now but does anyone know any shops in the UK or Portugal that will ship? She lives in the Algarve if that is helpful :) TIA!
