Boofing progesterone - questions

Hey I've been swallowing 2x 100mg Progesterone Besins for quite some time. Now hearing all the advice I decided to starting boofing it(taking anally). I hope this drug can be both swallowed and talked anally, but I'm pretty sure it can. So I have some questions.

1. How long does it dissolve and absorbed in there?
2. How long before taking it and after taking it I have to hold off with being anally penetrated?
3. How long before taking it and after taking it I have to hold of with anal douching?

If you can't answer the questions, maybe you have an idea where I could ask them? Thank you.
